ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): We provide existing designs that you can customize with your logo, colors, and packaging.

OEM typically has higher MOQ and longer lead times than ODM.

Yes, we offer full customization including:

• Logo printing (silk screen / laser engraving)
• Custom packaging design
• Custom product colors (at certain MOQ)

The design confirmation process typically takes about 15 days.

• Standard products: 100–500 units
• OEM custom products: 500–1,000 units
• For first-time orders, we can negotiate smaller trial orders to help you test the market.

• Standard products: 15–20 days
• OEM custom products: 25–35 days

During peak season (Q3–Q4), we recommend placing orders 2 months in advance. Rush orders are available upon request.

Our QC process includes four stages:

• IQC — Incoming Quality Control
• IPQC — In-Process Quality Control
• FQC — Final Quality Control
• OQC — Outgoing Quality Control

We conduct 100% inspection or AQL sampling based on order size. Third-party inspections are welcome.

We provide a standard 12-month warranty covering motors, batteries, and main circuit boards. During the warranty period, we provide free replacements or repairs for defective units. Extended warranty options are available upon request.

Yes, we support sample orders.
